Notification No. FD.SR-I/9-21/2011 dated 1st April 2013 is issued that clearly stats that this Allowance will now be admissible to all the Govt Employees across the board under the administrative control of Govt of the Punjab subject to the condition that they acquire the M.Phil Degree from the recognized universities of Higher Education Commission with immediate effect.
