Earlier I have published a Copy of the Sindh High Court, Sukkur Bench in connection with the Regularization of Sindh PSTs since their initial appointment. That was just a single page and the many employees of other provinces request me to share the full copy of the decision of the court for their information.
It is good news for the contract employees that the process of the Regularization of Contract Employees has been started in Faisalabad Education Department. A memo No. 11065 dated 08th October 2013 has been issued to all the District Education Officers (SE/M&F-EE) by the Assistant Director (ADMN) for Executive District Officer (EDU), Faisalabad in this regard.
Govt of the Punjab, Local Govt & Community Development Department has issued Notification No. SO.Admn.II (LG)Misc-2012 (P) dated 4th September 2013 in connection with the regularization of contract employees of BPS-01 to BPS-15 who were working on contract basis.
The Sindh High Court has made its decision on 22-12-2011 in connection with the regularization of Primary School Teachers wef the date of their 1st appointment as PST on contract basis. The remarks of the honourable judge are as under on this decision:
Govt of Punjab Services & General Administrative has issued Notification No. DS (O&M)(S& GAD)5-3/2013 dated 20th August 2013 in connection with the regularization of contract employees of BPS-16 & above working in various departments of Punjab.
