Govt of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Department has issued Notification No. No. FD (SOSR-II) 4-111/2013 dated 17-07-2013 about the Minimum Pension for the pensioners of the Govt of KPK. The earlier minimum pension for the pensioners of KPK was Rs. 3000/- and now by this notification it has been increased to Rs. 5000/- per month wef 1^st July 2013.

In the same way the minimum family pension for the pensioners has also been increased from Rs. 2250/- PM to 3750/- per month.

This increase in pension will not effect on the commute of the employees.
