Government of the Punjab, Finance Department has issued Notification No. SO (SE-III) 7-314/2013 dated 23rd July 2014 in connection with Advance Increments to English Teachers of Punjab.
It is stated in this Notification that, I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to state that the Honourable Lahore High Court Lahore through a single judgment dated 23rd May 2014 disposed of the above cited writ petition with the direction to the respondents to pay the Advance Increments to petitioners in term of orders dated 7th March 2013 passed in civil petition No. 121-L/2013.
I am therefore directed to forward you the Court’s orders for necessary action accordingly after verifying the relevant documents.
