Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Housing and Works has issued Notification No. F.2(1)/86-Policy dated 28-03-2018 in connection with Government Accommodation from the Estate Office Pool.
In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 28 of the Accommodation Allocation Rules, 2002, the Federal Government is pleased to state that the employees of the Ministries /Division and its attached department are eligible for Government accommodation from the Estate Office pool in terms of rule 3(1) of Accommodation Allocation Rules,202. The notification No. 54(4)/Admn/EC dated 26-09-2008 issued by the Estate Office Islamabad is hereby withdrawn being issued in violation of the Accommodation Allocation Rules, 2002.

You can use the option to claim annual increment if you applied through proper channel.
