Government of the Punjab, School Education Department has issued Notification on 05-06-2018 in connection with Cancellation Transfer Orders Issued After 31-05-2018. Detail is as under:
The Election Commission of Pakistan vide Notification No. 2(18)/2018-Cord dated 04.06.2018 has passed following directions to Federal and all Provincial Governments: –
The postings / transfer which were made after issuance of election programme i.e. 31st May, 2018, stand cancelled ab-initio and compliance report be submitted;
Send proposals of postings/transfer, if so required expedient in publi8c interest. of officers /officials for consideration of the Election Commission.
In view of the above, I am directed to request that the direction passed by the Election Commission of Pakistan may kindly be implemented in letter & sprit. In case of violation strict disciplinary action will be initiated against the responsible.
