Job Description Senior Business Analyst
Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities, writing specifications.
Recommend controls by identifying problems, writing improved procedures.
Define Project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements.
Planning and monitoring, develop periodic project reports.
Delivering work products throughout the project life cycle.
Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
Run workshops and training sessions for the clients.
Visit client in the field and understand the business processes.
Document the processes and requirements.
Act as a bridge among software engineers, designers and quality assurance resources.
Do Official Correspondence with the client and other stakeholders.

Job Description Senior Programme Manager
Identify goals and objectives of the project and report regularly to Director General. Devise a formal reporting mechanism for the designated team and give visibility to higher ups.
Will be responsible for looking after the entire operations of the digitization project from beginning till end; leading the entire program and its team.
Develop guidelines for the project for the project and ensure their implementation.
Overall Responsibility of the project functions to ensure successful deployment within allocated time, and designated cost. Manage Assistant Project Manager and Software Lead and Software Engineers.
Manage Relationship with Client departments.
Liaison with the international partners and develop more international partnerships and affiliations.
Conduct regular reviews of the team and districts regarding data insights.

To coordinate with client department and ensure documentation and timely resolution of issues.
Responsible to act as PITB’s Focal Person for the Project under the directions of Program Manager.
Coordinate with client department for data/information collection as per specified Formats.
Monitor the project to ensure timely generation of all project progress reports.
Create the reports and do close coordination with the project team and clients.
Maintaining all official records.
Must have an experience in supporting software projects related activities.
Experience of providing client side support will be preferred.
