Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Interior has issued Notification on 25-09-2019 in connection with Black Day on 27th October 2019. Detail is as under:
F.No.01/06/2019-Public. It is notified for general information that Government of Pakistan has decided to observe 27th October 2019 as Black Day to express harmony and solidarity with Kashmiris in their plight caused by the Indian Government.
National Flag shall be flown at half-mast throughout the country on Sunday 27th October 2019.
