The High Court of Sindh Karachi has issued Notification on 12-12-2019 in connection with Winter Holidays 2019 High Court of Sindh and Court Timings. Detail is as under:
Winter Holidays 2019 High Court of Sindh
During the ensuing with effect from 26.12.2019 to 09-01-2020 the High Court of Sindh of its Bench of Sukkur and Circuit Courts at Hyderabad and Larkana, will remain open for disposal of urgent case/ work on all weeks except Sundays and Gazetted Holidays and will observe the following timings:-
COURT TIMINGS:
Monday to Thursday 09:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Court Sitting
11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Interval
11:30 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. Court Sitting
Friday 09:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon Court Sitting
(Without interval)
OFFICE TIMINGS
Monday to Thursday 09:30 a.m. to 01:30
and Saturday
Friday 09:30 a.m. to 12:30
All the officers and staff of this Court my avail (4) days winter holidays during the period from 26-12-2019 to 03-01-2020 subject to the condition that no arrears are left before availing of holidays and that the urgent work may not suffer.
