New vacancies are available in the office of the Project Director Management Unit Punjab Arterial Roads Improvement Program Communication and Works Department. Asian Development Bank is joint financing the Government of Punjab for project number PS4149-001-PAK. It helps to cover the cost of the Punjab arterial roads improvement project.

 

The government is using this finance for the rehabilitation of the following:

 

1. Corridor No.1 Chichawatni – Peer Mehal – Shorkot- Garh Maharaja – choke Azam – layyah.
2. Corridor No.02 is the rehabilitation of the Chiragabad interchange at M-4 to Jhang bypass – Shorkot.
3. Corridor No.3 is the rehabilitation of the powerful Pak Patan Sharif – Arifwala – Burewala – vihari

  Required Experience

 

Applicants must have 12 years of experience as personal assistants, technical assistants, or computer operators in the relevant department.

1. For the post office Personal Assistant in technical, the candidate must have the following qualities or skills:
   1. He must be able to assist in preparing, typing, composing, and compiling of Engineering Estimates of highway projects. He must have the skill to Assist in compiling progress reports and presentations,  technical records managing sites and links of construction.
2. In the Technical or Personal Assistant and procurement and contract wing, the candidate must have the following skills:
   1. Candidate must be able to upload a number of projects on CMS of ADB.
   2. He must have skills in preparing typing composing compiling and number of assignments of RFP, BD, and evaluation reports.
   3. You must have excellent expertise in Microsoft Word/ Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Candidate to serve in the finance wing must have the following specialization;
   1. He must be able to compile financial management reports /monthly accounts of consultant contractors.
4. As Technical Assistants in Egg and SSU Wing candidates must have strategies to cope up with the following matters.
   1. Provide assistance in compiling monitoring evaluation reports.
   2. Having expertise in Microsoft Office.
