Starting the Process of Admission 1st Year and BS / ADP Program

Directorate of Public Instructions (Colleges) Punjab issued a Notification on 21-03-2024 in connection with a request for Starting the Process of Admission 1^st Year and BS / ADP Program. The details are as follows:

Request for Starting the Process of Admission 1st Year and BS / ADP Program

As per the letter:

I am directed to refer to your letter No.152 / AD / (Inquiry-I), dated 13-3-2024, on the subject noted above and to inform you that the Competent Authority has approved your proposal to start the process of admissions for 1^st Year on the basis of the result of 9^th class and admission in BS/ADP program on the basis of the result of 1^st Year, This Admission project would commence immediately after the exams of 10^th class and Fa/FSC, respectively. So that the Higher Education Department may enhance its enrollment.
I am further directed to request you to kindly issue specific necessary instructions to all concerned quarters i.e. Directors, Deputy Directors, Principals, etc., Under intimation to this department.

Letter to The Director of Education (Colleges)

Apropos the Directions received from the competent Authority / Secretary to Government of the Punjab, Higher Education Department, Vide No.So(BSP)/MISC/2023, Dated March 18, 2024 on the subject stated.

The competent Authority / Secretary to the Government of the Punjab, Higher Education Department has been pleased to allow the start of the process of admission of 1^st Year on the basis of the result of the 9^th class and admission in the BS/ADP program on the basis of the result of 1^st This admission process would commence immediately after the exams of 10^th class and FA/FSC respectively so that Higher Education Department may enhance its enrollment.
Further action may please be taken in accordance with all other requirements to be adhered to for the above exercise to mature the admission to be made in accordance with Para 2 / Ante.
It is therefore required to bring the direction to the notice of all Deputy Directors and Principals of the District and the Colleges across Punjab Immediately for strict compliance accordingly.
