HIT Consultant Budget Vacancy 2024
1. Heavy industry Taxila Board, Taxila Cantonment invites applications from suitable candidates for the post of “Consultant Budget”. Detailed TORs is available on the official website i.e. www.hit.gov.pk.
Qualification Individual should be qualified in the following:
1. Minimum qualification Graduation (16 x Years) or equivalent with 1st division in entire academic career.
2. Financial Management in Public Sector Organizations.
3. Management and Financial Accounting.
4. Finical Analysis Organizations.
5. Business Forecasting,
6. Risk Management
Other knowledge / Competencies Required
1. Procurement and Contacts Management (detailed knowledge of public Procurement Rules will be preferable).
2. Development of KPIs (preferably).
3. Data Analysis and Management.
Experience
1. Person with maximum experience in budgeting matters in Govt / Public Sector Organizations with at least four years experience at the senior management level.
2. In–depth practical Knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act, Treasury Single Account Rules, State Owned Enterprises Act, and Public Sector Companies Rules is necessary.
3. Practical Knowledge of Financial Regulation, General Financial Rule, Military Accounts code, and system of Financial control and Budgeting.
4. Individuals with Budget-related experience in Defence Production Establishments / Defence Industry will be preferred.
5. The job involves extensive coordination with the Government, Ministries, GHQ, CsMA, FBR, and SBP (including LC Opening Banks). Relevant experience will be preferred.
