Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Finance issued a Notification on 10-09-2025 in connection with Revised Rates of Profit on GP Fund and CP Fund 2025. The new rates of Profit on Subscriptions and Balances in the General Provident Fund and the Contributory Provident Fund for the year 2024-2025 are 12.46% per year. The details are as follows:

Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Finance Department issued a Notification on 05-08-2025 in connection with Revised Rates of GP Fund Mark-Up 2025 KPK. The new rates of GP Fund Interest for the year 2024-2025 are 12.46%. The GP Fund Interest Rates for 2023-24 KPK were 13.97%. Now the rates have decreased. The details are as follows:

Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Finance issued a Notification on 31-07-2025 in connection with GP Fund Interest Rates for 2024-25. These revised rates of mark-up on General Provident Fund are applicable for the fiscal year 2024-2025. Ministry of Finance reduced GP Fund Mark-up Rates from 13.97% to 12.46% with a difference of 1.51%  The details are as follows:

Government of Pakistan Finance Division issued a Notification on 01-10-2024 concerning Rates of Profit @ 13.97% Applicable on Subscriptions and Balances 2023-24. The details are as follows:

Government of Sindh, Finance Department issued a Notification on 10-09-2024 in connection with Mark-Up rates on General Provident Fund 2023-24 Sindh. The new GP Fund rates for 2024 are 13.97% per annum by the Sindh Government. The details are as under:

Government of the Punjab, Finance Department issued a Notification on 04-09-2024 in connection with Revised Rates of GP Fund Interest 2024 Punjab. These new rates are applicable on the amount available with effect from 1^st July 2023 to 30^th June 2024. The new rates are the same as the Federal Government of Pakistan notified.
