The High Court of Sindh at Karachi has issued Suspension of Orders of Recruitment Rules in Education Department Sindh on 09-12-2014. Some salient points of these orders are as under:
Notification of Adhoc Relief Allowance 2014 by the Worker Board KPK has been issued. In this regard Government of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Workers Welfare Board, Peshawar has issued Notification No. WWB.2-2/Accounts/1758-6 dated 03-12-2014 in connection with Adhoc Relief Allowance 2014 to the employees working under Workers Welfare Board KPK.
Notification No. SO (COLLEGES-II) HED/14-1/2014 dated 12-12-2014 has been issued by the Government of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Higher Education, Archives & Libraries Department, in connection with the Promotion of Lecturers in KPK. In this regard 314 lecturers BPS-17 have been promoted to Assistant Professors BPS-18 with effect affect.
The Registrar Lahore High Court Lahore has submitted a letter No. 29342 B/1-A-2(d)/2014-15 dated 11-12-2014 to the Secretary Govt of the Punjab, Finance Department Punjab in connection with grant of Special Judicial Allowance & Adhoc Relief Allowance 50% to the Staff of Judiciary in Punjab.
I have already published an article about the History of Adhoc Relief Allowances. Today I am writing the history of the Medical Allowance Rates Since 1987. These rates are very useful for the purpose of calculation of arrears with a backdate for the employees who are upgraded with backdate and are given benefits from the previous dates.
