Here is to mention that the employee who is promoted within the same scale will get 2x increments, 1x Next Above Increment and the other one is Premature Increment.

FGEIs (C/G) Dte Rawalpindi has issued notification on 30^th January 2013 regarding the promotion of FGEIs (C/G) teachers under the four tier formula. This notification has been issued under pursuance of judgment of Lahore High Court, Rawalpindi Bench, Rawalpindi passed in writ petition No. 1826/2011 and 3922/2010 CRL Original No. 64/W/2072 No. 76-W of 2012 dated 01-11-2012 and Ministry of Defence No. 5/2/D/2005 dated 13/12/2012.
