Notification No Jobs for Family Member After the Death of Govt Employee
rGovernment of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat, Establishment Division issued a Notification on 07-02-2025 in connection with No Jobs for Family Member After the Death of Govt Employee. As per the Prime Minister Assistance Package, the son, daughter, wife, etc had the right to get a Government Job after the death of the Civil Servant. Now after the decision of the Supreme Court of Pakistan,n all provincial Governments have withdrawn the right of jobs after the death of the Govt employee. The Federal Government has also followed the orders/decision of the honorable Supreme Court of Pakistan. The details are as follows:

No More Jobs under Assistance Package for Widows /Wife/Husband or Child KPK 2024
Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Establishment Department issued a Notification on 20-11-2024 in connection with No Assistance Package Jobs in KPK. Now, the widow/widower, Wife/Husband, or Children of the deceased Government employees will not get a job under the Assistance Package. However, they can apply for the jobs as a general cadre, and they will get the job on merit.
