It is not fully confirm how much salary of the employees will increase in the Financial Budget 2013-14. Various news has been received from the different News Papers regarding the pay and allowances for the employees. No one can say how much salary will increase for the employees. Many days ago news aroused from a newspaper that there will be only 15% increase in the salaries.
Govt of the Punjab Finance Department has issued Notification No. FD.PC.40-147/2012 dated 16th March 2013 regarding Grant of Special Increment to the Accounts Clerk in the Punjab Province, applicable with effect from 1st July 2007.
Finance Division Regulation Wing, Islamabad has issued Notification No. F.5 (1) R.5/2011- dated 7th May 2013 in connection with the grant of Computer Allowance to the Computer Personal. With refer to the Finance Division’s O.M No. F.20 (4) R-5/90 dated 25-08-1992 about the Computer Allowance, it is clarified in this notification that the Computer Allowance is admissible to the computer personal who fulfills the following conditions.
Punjab Govt, Finance Department has issued the revised notification of Ph.D/D.Sc and M.Phil Allowance. Notification No. FD.SR-I/9-21/2011 dated 1st April 2013 is issued that clearly stats that this Allowance will now be admissible to all the Govt Employees across the board under the administrative control of Govt of the Punjab subject to the condition that they acquire the M.Phil Degree from the recognized universities of Higher Education Commission with immediate effect.
Executive District Officer (EDO) Faisalabad has issued Endst No. 4338/Admin dated 13th April 2013 regarding the Computer Allowance to the Punjab Govt School SSTs and SSEs (Computer Science). This has been issued in pursuance of the Punjab Education Department Lahore Notification
