Budget Calendar 2023-2024 and 15% to 35% Salary Increase News

As per the news published by Daily Jang Quetta dated 08-05-2023, Finance Division has issued the Budget Calendar 2023-2024 and there is a 15% to 35% Salary Increase News. Coordination Committee and National Economic Council will hold their meeting this week and coming week. Finance Division will make a grand summary of the complete Budget with detailed documents and allocation of finance. They will present it before Federal Cabinet.

Table of Scale Wise Rental Ceiling Covered Area and Specification of Hired House

I am sharing the Table of Scale Wise Rental Ceiling Covered Area and Specification of Hired House for the employees. The covered area of the house is different for different pay scale employees. The table has 10 categories of employees BPS-wise.  The table contains old rates of hiring; however, I have updated the same table with new rates effective from 1st July 2021 after the Enhancement of the Rental Ceiling of the Hiring 2021 Notification for Federal Government employees.

Clarification Change of Category of Hiring Accommodation during On-going Lease Period

All employees of Pakistan demand an Increase in house Rent Allowance (HRA) in Budget 2023-24 Pakistan. There is news of a 30% increase in salary in Budget 2023-24 for the employees. The employees have a big issue with HRA too as it is very serious as the rate of House Rent Allowance that the employees are getting is meager as compared to the actual rents of houses they hired.
