Finance Division Regulation Wing Islamabad has issued the Notification No. F.4 (1)-Reg.6/2013-1375 dated 16-07-2013 for the increase in Pension to the Civil Pensioners of Federal Govt including Civil Pensioners of Defence Estimates as well as Retired Armed Forces Personals & Civil Armed Forces Personals wef 01-07-2013 @ 10%. of NET PENSION.
Govt of Pakistan Finance Div Regulation Wing Islamabad has issued Office Memorandum No. F.15(1)-Reg.6/2010-1375 dated 16th July 2013 in connection with the Minimum Pension for the Pensioners and the amount for minimum pension has been raised from Rs. 3000/- Per Month to Rs. 5000/- Per Month wef 01-07-2013 to the Civil Pensioners of the Federal Govt including civilians paid out of Defence Estimates as well as Armed Forces Personals.
Recently the notification for the restoration of pension has been issued by the Finance Division on 11th March 2013. I have received many questions regarding this notification as many of the employees failed the understand the real concept of this notification and I too has not much knowledge about the same. Govt of Pakistan Finance Division Regulation Wing Islamabad has issued Notification No. F.11 (1)-Reg.6/2013 dated 3rd May 2013 in connection with the early finalization of the pension cases for the employees who are being retired from the Govt Service. The purpose of this notification is that the employees who are being retired or retired from Govt service may not suffer any financial difficulty after their retirement.
Govt of the Punjab Finance Department has issued Notification No. FD.SR-III-4-104/2009 dated 30th March 2013 regarding the amendment of pension to the civil servants of the Punjab Govt. A Notification even No. dated 25-07-2009 was issued regarding the subject matter but there were allowed 20% increase in pension to the pensioners who retired on or before 30th June 1999 and in the same way there was 15% increase in pension to those pensioners who retired after 30th June 2009.
Many of the employees even don’t know the difference between LPR and Leave Encashment and they asked me about the same by sending me emails and by the comment. It is fact when an employee enters into Govt service he/she is not aware of many terms of job service and service rules. Do you know the difference between the said terms? Govt of Sindh Finance Department O.M. No. FD/(SR-III) 3 /230- 2010 (C) dated 21st July 2010 was issued in connection with the Minimum Pension for the retired employees as well as the family pension to the family of the died employee.
