As the third phase of the Prime Minister’s Electric Wheelchair program starts, Higher Education Commission (HEC) invites applications from students having an ambulatory disability. This is 3^rd phase of the project of providing electric wheelchairs to all university students who suffer from ambulatory disabilities.
