Today I am going to discuss with procedure and all the documents required in the process of claiming All the Packages for the Employees Who Dies during Service. This topic relates to the Federal Govt Employees and I think there may be some amendments for the Provincial Govt Employees.
Today I am giving you the detail of Relief Packages for the Bereaved Family of a Died Employ of the Government of the Punjab. I have already published article about the packages for the families of Govt Employees who died during service. There may be amendment in these packages from time to time. The brief description of these packages is as under:
According to this decision the daughter of Govt servant who dies during service or the employee is declared as invalidated or incapacitated for future service is entitled to the benefit of Rule 17-A of the Punjab Civil Servants (Appointment & Conditions of Service) Rules 1974. This decision was made by the Lahore High Court, Multan Bench, Multan on 23-06-2011.
