Government of the Pakistan Finance Division Islamabad has issued Notification No. F.No.1(4)Imp/2014-663 dated 7th July 2014 in connection with Notification of Adhoc Relief Allowance 2014 & Increase in Medical Allowance. In the same way Notification No. F.3(1)-R.5/2010 dated 7th July 2014 has also been issued regarding increase in conveyance allowance. All these increases are with effect from 1st July 2014.
Adhoc Relief Allowance 2014
The Notification of Adhoc Relief Allowance 2014 has been issued @10% running current basic pay.
Increase in Medical Allowance 2014
Medical Allowance has been increased from Rs. 1000/- PM to Rs. 1200/- PM. There is 20% increase in Medical Allowance for the employees of BPS-01 to BPS-15.
Increase in Conveyance Allowance 2014
There is 5% increase in medical allowance for the employees of BPS-01 to BPS-15.
The rates of Conveyance Allowance are as under:

salam.madam. i was serving as statistical asstt.bps-14.in health dept.my basic pay in bps-14 was 11660.now i have been appointed as TGT BPS-16 in edu dept.on 25 june 2014 through proper channel.
1.whether i will given premature increment or not.
2.whether i can get annual increment or not
Dear Wahid U ll get premature increment. There are two options for you.
1- U can fix ur pay on 25th June in BPS-16
2- U can get annual increment in BPS-14 on 1st December 2014 and then fix ur pay on 2nd December

I am serving in District Judiciary at Khyber pukhtunkhwa. Initiated I and my colleagues were recruited in BPS-10, however, in the year 2009 our posts were upgraded to BPS-12 and now on the orders of Hon’ble Peshawar High Court, we have been upgraded to BPS-14 in December, 2012 but no special/advance increment was granted on either of our up gradations. The query is as to whether we are entitled for one premature increment or two??
Dear Shams Finance Department KPK has issued the Notification of Premature Increment on upgradation u can now re-fix your pay by adding premature increment.

i am senior clerk my scale was 09 and now promoted to BPS-14. my basic pay was Rs.6580 and in scale 14 it fixed Rs.8000/- know i want to know that pre meture increment become my right or not . please reply

Dear Badshah you are not eligible for the premature increment as the difference of the two pays is more than the annual increment of BPS-14.

Dear Chandan Lal Sindh Govt has not yet issued the Notification of Adhoc Relief Allowance 2014.
Kindly inform me about Premature Increment Notification which is included in Budget-2014 of BPS-1 to BPS-4. Please reply me.
