Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat, Establishment Division has issued Notification No. 8/13/2014-R dated 20-02-2015 in connection with Upgradation of the Post of ASF Officers at par with Posts of Officers of other Law Enforcement Agencies.
Upgradation of the Post of ASF Officers
According to this Notification, Aviation Division’s U.O. No. 4-49/2002-ASF dated 14-01-2015 on the subject and to state that the Establishment Division agrees to the upgradation/redesignation of the following posts in ASF (Airport Security Force). This upgradation/redesignation is subject to the following:
- Concurrence of Finance Division
- Amendment in the Recruitment Rules
- Filling up the upgraded/redesignated posts in the manner as prescribed in Establishment Division’s D.O Letter dated 31-12-2008 in connection with Instructions regarding Upgradations of the Posts.
The detail of the posts approved to be upgraded/redesignated is as under:

If i join ASF as ASI then in how much time i will get promotion to inspector rank.
My education is BS Software Engineering. 16 years of education equivalent to Master Degree.
Depends on the department promotion policy.
Respected mam i just want ask that if i join ASF as corporal there is any further chance for me to approach ASI rank or i always will be a corporal soldier?

If a post or posts are surrendered to re-designate/create a new post of BS-10 . Is it necessary to send the case to establishment division and finance division where the department has its own rules of re-designation/creation of post. Plz tell me [email protected]
how much time it will take for final notifcation after the approval frm finance division?
Madam AoA , Plz Guide Before Up-gradation PBS 13 Promoted to PBS-16 But after Up-gradation it upgraded to BPS-14 with those who were on BPS-12 who are Non Promote Either One can File Case that It is unjustified because Up-gradation means Promotion (As Department Reply) and next Promotion Of BPS-13 was in BpS-16 which now changed to BPS-14
in the case civilian upgradation i mean supdt B-16 to B-17 granted time scale by the finance div and Estab Div. gath goor but they are upgraded the post of ASF officers why
this is not justice with the civilian. The Establishment Div and Finance division are not impartial regarding this issues.
