The Secretary PEPCO has issued Notification on 30-06-2015 in connection with Grant of Honorarium/Incentive to the Employees of GENCOs, PESCO, TESCO, SEPCO and PITC.
According to this Notification, the CBA has demanded for the grant of Honorarium/Incentive to the Employees of GENCOs, PESCO, TESCO, SEPCO and PITC at par with the other companies of PEPCO.
Decision of the Board
The Board considered the demand of CBA and decided that the Companies, who have not paid honorarium/incentive to their employees, should consider to pay the same at par with other companies of PEPCO in order to maintain uniformity.
