Federal Service Tribunal has issued order sheet regarding Upgradation of UDC/LDC on 02-02-2016.
The grievance of the petitioner is that the order dated 16-12-2015 was passed by the Tribunal when the lawyers community was on general strike due to the tragic incident of Army Public School Peshawar on 16-12-2014. Suffice it to observe that we had not passed any adverse order against the right or interest of the petitioner and merely noted the statement made from the respondent side.
So far as the merits of the matter are concerned, we may again reiterate the stance of the respondent No.1, Secretary Finance Division in particular paragraph 3 of his concise statement which is consistent with the statement made on 16-12-2015. The perusal thereof goes to show that the judgment passed by the Tribunal is in the process of implementation and will indeed be implemented as undertaken before us through the concise statement as also the statement made on 16-12-201. With this observation, the review petition is disposed of.

AoA, provincial UDCs BPS-14 and LDCs BPS-11 mai ho gye hain. jb k Federal UDCs BPS-11 and LDCs BPS-09 mai. I think government ko chahiay k Federal UDCs ko bhi BPS-14 and LDCs ko BPS-11 dain.
