Notification of Change in Date of Birth after Joining Govt Service-Punjab

Government of the Punjab, Finance Department has issued Notification on 25-11-2010 in connection with Change in Date of Birth after Joining Govt Service. Detail is as under:

No.FD (FR) 11-7/87, In exercise of the powers conferred on him under article 119 of Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan 1973, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to direct that in the Punjab Financial Rules, Volume-I, the following amendment shall be made,namely:-

AMENDMENT:-

For Not 2 below Rules 7,3, the following shall be substituted:-

“The dated of birth once recorded at the time of joining government service shall be final and there-after no alteration in the date of birth of a civil servant shall be permissible”.

Not 3 and Annexure B of Rule 7.3 are hereby deleted.”
