Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Lahore has issued Notification No. 129-SY/PBCC/LHR dated 14-04-2020 in connection with BISE Lahore Examination 2020 and Results of SSC & HSSC News on Social Media and Confutation of Office order. The detail is as under:

I am directed to inform that it has come to knowledge through various sources that a letter #568-SY/PBCC/1.1IR dated 13-04-2020  is circulated by some malicious elements under the Bogus Signatures of Chairman PBSS which reads “the remaining papers of SSC-1 (theory). SSC-II (practical), HSSC (part I and II) of Annual Examinations 2020 are hereby canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Decision regarding the award of marks shall be made later on”.

The above-said letter was examined carefully by the undersigned and it is hereby notified that NO SUCH LETTER WAS ISSUED BY CHAIRMAN OR SECRETARY PBCC AND THE LETTER THUS CIRCULATED IS BOGUS.

 

I am further directed to state for the information of all concerned that there are many other letters/ proposals regarding the decision for the conduct of SSC & HSSC annual exams and results which are all misleading and bogus.

It is, therefore, circulated in the public interest and for information n of all stakeholders that the decision for the conduct of exams and results shall be taken only by the competent authority and the same shall be taken only by the competent authority and the same shall be available at the websites of all boards in Punjab.

For readers there is another fake Notification that is published on social media. This Notification contains three option and Lahore Education Board is the Title of the Notification. This is totally fake and Board authorities have also clarified it. InThis Notification there are three options to conduct the exams in August, September, October and November 2020.
