Chief Executive Officer, District Education Authority Sahiwal has issued a letter on 19-08-2020 in connection with Transfer Orders of Excess Teachers (Male/Female) From Over Staffed Schools to Under Staffed Schools. The details are as under:
Transfer Orders of Excess Teachers to Under Staffed Schools
Refer to the subject captioned above.
2. It is to inform that orders of excess teachers from overstaffed school to understaffed schools have been issued. And they have placed at SIS portals.
As per given directions, in orders, all transferred teachers shall stand relieved from previous schools. They will join the present schools with immediate effect. The data of the concerned teachers have been shifted to new schools through the SIS system.
The copies of transfer orders of concerned teachers under your jurisdiction are sent herewith. These are with the direction to ensure their physical joining within 02-days positively.
In these transferred teachers, if any with a disability then he/she may be directed to provide a disability certificate duly issued by the Social Welfare Board and submit to this office up to 20th instant for further proceedings.
It may be assigned “Top Priority”.
