Government of the Punjab, Services & General Administration Department has issued a Notification on 05-08-2021 in connection with Observance of 50% Attendance of Staff in Offices till 31st Aug 2021 in High Prevalence Cities as per NCOC. The details are as under:
Observance of 50% Attendance of Staff in Offices
I am directed to refer to the subject captioned above and to state that the Competent Authority has directed to reduce attendance level 100% to 50% in Government Offices of High disease prevalence cities of Punjab i.e. Lahore, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, and Multan till 31st August 2021, in pursuance of instruction of National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC), Government of Pakistan.
2. This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
These instructions are not for all cities of Punjab. The National Command Operation Center has decided to ensure the attendance of the staff in offices of the following districts:

Lahore
Faisalabad
Multan
Rawalpindi
The Punjab Government has decided so due to the instructions of the NCOC. The rate of COVID-19 is increasing day by day and these cities are those where the ratio of Coronavirus is more. Due to precautionary measures, Punjab Government allowed 50% of staff in the offices of these districts in Punjab province.
