Government of the Punjab, School Education Department, South Punjab Secretariat has issued a Notification on 10-05-2022 in connection with Relieving of Supervisory Staff for SSC HSSC Annual Examinations 2022. The supervisory staff and invigilation staff have to perform their Matric and Intermediate Exams duties. So the concerned heads should relive them for the examinations duty purpose.
Relieving of Supervisory Staff for SSC HSSC Annual Examinations 2022
I am directed to request you ensure the compliance of supervisory/invigilation duty orders issued by the concerned Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education-South Punjab. It is an obligatory duty to conduct the exams in smooth and fair manners. Hence all controlling officers should relieve the supervisory staff and their relieving must be reported to the controller examination today before closing hours by the Chief Executive Officer, DEAs of South Punjab.
The Director of Public Instructions (EE/SE), South Punjab will make sure that all DEOs/Dy/.DEOs have complied with the directions.
