ECL always wishes to make the Industrial Sector of the country as strong as it can meet international standards. In order to provide more employment opportunities to the females in industrial sectors Engro Corporation Limited is working to Facilitate the women of Pakistan. Independent women always find happiness on their own without relying on other people. Engro is working to make the women of Pakistan more skilled and independent by giving them vocational and Technical training in different programs. The most important mission of the company is to make female candidates as competent as male employees.
Independent Women And Bright Pakistan Program By Engro Corporation Limited
Engro- Corporation Limited already gave the technical training to the 16 female candidates. These candidates have taken technical training in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Warehousing, and Admin Operations. They trained them best to their goals and make their dreams come true. With the previous program’s company also introduces various new programs to enhance the technical skills of female candidates.
There are also 3 to 6 months short courses under PM Youth Skill Development programs. Such type of programs is really uplifting the standard of the youth of Pakistan. They are now earning a lot after getting the skills.
