According to the Notification, there will be a public holiday in Pakistan 12th Rabi-ul-Awwal (Eid Milad-un-Nabi). This public holiday is also included in the Public and Optional Holidays 2023 Pakistan. The Muslims all over the World celebrate this day every year.

Government of Pakistan cabinet secretariat cabinet division issued a notification on 21st September 2023. That notification is released in connection with the public holiday on the occasion of Eid Milad UN Nabi 2023.
It Is for the general information of the Prime Minister of Pakistan 29th September 2023, Friday as a public holiday. Therefore, all educational businesses and other organizations and institutions will remain closed. The main objective of this holiday is to celebrate the Eid Melad UN Nabi with happiness and peace.
When is the 12th Rabiul Awal in Pakistan?
Eid Milad un Nabi the Muslims will celebrate on 29th September 2023 ( 12th Rabiul Awal ). There is a public holiday in the whole country. The Muslims celebrate this occasion with respect and peace. All Muslims in the world recite Drood o Slaam for our holy prophet Muhammad SAW on this day. Every year we celebrate this day as the birthday of our holy Prophet. Not only Muslims in Pakistan but, all around the world take a part in celebrations.

According to the new notification government of Pakistan specifies a public holiday on Friday 29th September 2023. This public holiday belongs to the celebration of Eid Milad un Nabi. In several parts of the world Muslim community celebrates this occasion also in Pakistan. Previously Government issued a circular on 23rd December 2023. The circular is regarding public and optional holidays for the year 2023. For the specification of 12th Rabi ul Awwal, 29th September 2023 is declared as Eid Milad un Nabi.
