GB employees will have the same salary package as the Federal Govt. employees. The details are as follows:
The Latest Salary Increase Calculator 2026 GB Employees
The Golgit-Baltistan Government announced the budget 2026-27 on 15-09-2026. The salary package is as under:
- Adhoc Relief Allowance 2026 @ 7% of current / running basic pay
- Grant of Disparity Reduction Allowance 2026 @ 15% of 2017 Basic Pay
- Merging of two Adhoc Relief Allowances for the years 2022 and 2025 and introduction of revised basic pay scales 2026.
- Increase in Conveyance Allowance (CA) @ 50% more than the previous CA.
