GB employees will have the same salary package as the Federal Govt. employees. The details are as follows:

The Golgit-Baltistan Government announced the budget 2026-27 on 15-09-2026. The salary package is as under:
- Adhoc Relief Allowance 2026 @ 7% of current / running basic pay
- Grant of Disparity Reduction Allowance 2026 @ 15% of 2017 Basic Pay
- Merging of two Adhoc Relief Allowances for the years 2022 and 2025 and introduction of revised basic pay scales 2026.
- Increase in Conveyance Allowance (CA) @ 50% more than the previous CA.

I was appointed in BPS-14 on 09-03-2022. On 16-04-2026, I was reappointed in BPS-17 in the same department through FPSC, after obtaining a proper NOC/Departmental Permission Certificate. Because of this NOC, my previous service was also counted.
The Problem:
Fresh BPS-17 officers of my grade are drawing around 102k. However, CMA (Controller of Military Accounts) claims that since I was previously in BPS-14, my DRA and ARA are frozen at BPS-14 and cannot be adjusted to BPS-17. They say I must either:
· Give up my previous service and pension, or
· Continue with the same frozen ARA and DRA until they eventually merge into basic pay.
What I Need:
I need help so that:
1. My salary is increased to match fresh BPS-17 officers.
2. My pension is saved (my previous service should remain counted).
3. Since I have previous service, my salary should be fixed higher than a fresh officer, not lower.
