The Punjab Mohtib has given its decision in connection with the Up-gradation of clerical staff on 05-08-2013. Thus the orders for the Assistants from BPS-14 to BPS-15, Senior Clerks from BPS-09 to BPS-13 and Junior Clerks from BPS-07 to BPS-11 have been issued. The Lahore High Court Rawalpindi Bench has issued a decision on 08-03-2011 regarding the Assistant Package for the family of a contract employee of Punjab Govt who died during service. Mr. Muhammad Aslam Janjua the father of the died contract employee Mr. Talat Mahmood Janjua filed a writ petition VS Chief Engineer Punjab etc for the Assistant Package of Rs. 400,000/-.
Islamabad High Court (IHC) on 18-06-2013 has made a decision to grant 20% Special Allowance to all the Federal Govt Employees. Earlier in March 2013, Ex-PM Raja Pervez Asharf had announced 20% Special Allowance to the Secretariat and Ministries and Divisions Employees and the Employees of Attached Departments, Semi Govt and Corporations were deprived of this allowance.
