I am sharing the KPK Budget Speech Copy 2026-27 and hence an increase in Salary, Pension, Conveyance Allowance (CA), Revised Pay Scales 2026, an enhancement in Special CA, an increase in minimum wage rates and a minimum salary. The details are as follows:
KPK Budget Speech Copy 2026-27 and Pay & Allowances for Employees
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government has favoured the employees with CA, Revised Pay Scales, Special CA, Pension, minimum wage rates, House requisition allowance, etc. As per the budget speech copy 2026-27 KPK, the following relief package has been announced for the employees and pensioners:
Salary Increase as per KPK Budget Speech 2026-27
- 7% Increase in salary for the Govt employees of KPK with effect from 1st July 2026
- Merging of Adhoc Relief Allowance 2022 and 2025 and introduction of Revised Pay Scales 2026
- Increase in Pension @ 7%
- Increase in Conveyance Allowance (CA) @ 50% of the existing CA
- Enhancing Special Conveyance Allowance from Rs. 6000/- per month to Rs. 10,000/- per month.
- Minimum wage rates from Rs. 40,000/- to Rs. 45,000/- per month
- House Requisition Allowance for the Secretariat Employees
