Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Department issued the notification 14/7/2026 in connection with Utility Allowance @ 10 % and Judicial Allowance @ 20% of basic pay. These allowances are effective from 1st July 2026. The details are as follows:

According to the Notification, in pursuance of the Hon’ble Peshawar High Court, Peshawar Judgment in writ petition no. 3398-P/2014 dated 25/04/2025 as well as Khyber Pakhtunkhwa service Tribunal Judgement in Service Appeal no 1387/2024 dated 11/07/2025, the Provincial Cabinet of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in its Special Cabinet meeting held on 19/06/2026 has been pleased to sanction judicial Allowance @ of 20% and Utility Allowance @ 10% of Basic Pay Scale of 2022 (per month) to the employees of Consumer Courts of Industries Department Government, of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa w.e.f 1st July, 2026 subject to discontinuation of Disparity Reduction Allowance of 2022 and 2025.
