Notification Special Conveyance Allowance 2025 @ 6000/- Per Month (Federal)
Government of Pakistan, Finance Division issued a Notification on 07-07-2025 in connection with Special Conveyance Allowance 2025 @ 6000/- per Month. This Special Allowance is granted to the Special Employees (Disabled). Previous rates of Special Allowance were @ 4000/- per month, while the revised rates of Special CA are @ 6000/- per month. Demand to Increase Conveyance Allowance in Budget 2025-26 for Govt Employees
I am sharing the demand to increase the Conveyance Allowance for government employees in Budget 2025-26. The demand of the employees is guaranteed, and the Government should consider the request of the employees. The maximum conveyance allowance the employees are getting is Rs. 5000/—per month, while the minimum conveyance expenses the employees are bearing are more than 10,000/- per month.

I am sharing the latest Salary Increase of 15% to 20% in Budget 2024-25 for Govt Employees of the Federal setup. There is also news of an increase in Medical Allowance @ 200% of the current rates. The employees may get an increase in their Conveyance Allowance and Conveyance Monitization in Budget 2024-25. The details are as follows:
Pay and Allowances (Salary) New Appointed Employee 2023-24 Pakistan BPS-01 to BPS-18
I have prepared the Chart of Salary New Appointed Employee 2023-24 Pay Scale Wise in Pakistan. This pay and allowances chart is for BPS-01 to BPS-18 employees who got fresh appointments in Federal and provinces (Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), Gilgit Baltistan (GB) and Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJ&K). The salary in this new chart of 2023-2024 is different from the Salary Chart of Fresh Appointed Employees in 2022-23 in Pakistan BPS-wise. I have also made amendments to the new salary chart for 2023-24. The main amendment is the inclusion of Group Insurance, benevolent Fund, and GP Fund Subscription amount that I included in the new salary chart. The other reason for the difference in salary is the addition of Adhoc Relief Allowance 2023 @ 35% and 30% for BPS-01 to BPS-16 and BPS-17 and above respectively.
