HRA, CA, Medical, Upgradation of Employees and Salary Increase Budget 2024-25 Demands
The Government employees request the Government HRA, CA, Medical, Upgradation of Employees, and Salary Increase Budget 2024-25 as the Federal Budget is being presented on 12 June 2024. The employees demand the concerned governments an increase in House Rent Allowance, Conveyance Allowance, Medical Allowance, Upgradation of various posts, and an increase in salary at a reasonable amount. The details are as follows:
Pay and Allowances (Salary) New Appointed Employee 2023-24 Pakistan BPS-01 to BPS-18
I have prepared the Chart of Salary New Appointed Employee 2023-24 Pay Scale Wise in Pakistan. This pay and allowances chart is for BPS-01 to BPS-18 employees who got fresh appointments in Federal and provinces (Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), Gilgit Baltistan (GB) and Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJ&K). The salary in this new chart of 2023-2024 is different from the Salary Chart of Fresh Appointed Employees in 2022-23 in Pakistan BPS-wise. I have also made amendments to the new salary chart for 2023-24. The main amendment is the inclusion of Group Insurance, benevolent Fund, and GP Fund Subscription amount that I included in the new salary chart. The other reason for the difference in salary is the addition of Adhoc Relief Allowance 2023 @ 35% and 30% for BPS-01 to BPS-16 and BPS-17 and above respectively.

Table of Scale Wise Rental Ceiling Covered Area and Specification of Hired House
I am sharing the Table of Scale Wise Rental Ceiling Covered Area and Specification of Hired House for the employees. The covered area of the house is different for different pay scale employees. The table has 10 categories of employees BPS-wise. The table contains old rates of hiring; however, I have updated the same table with new rates effective from 1st July 2021 after the Enhancement of the Rental Ceiling of the Hiring 2021 Notification for Federal Government employees.

All employees of Pakistan demand an Increase in house Rent Allowance (HRA) in Budget 2023-24 Pakistan. There is news of a 30% increase in salary in Budget 2023-24 for the employees. The employees have a big issue with HRA too as it is very serious as the rate of House Rent Allowance that the employees are getting is meager as compared to the actual rents of houses they hired. The rates of HRA are not only very high in big cities but the small/other cities have also high rates of Rented House.
