Pay and Allowances

I am sharing here the Increase in Salary Calculator 2024-25 as announced by the Government of Sindh. It includes the increase in salary due to the Grant of Adhoc Relief Allowance 2024 and its effects on Income Tax (Withholding Tax) as per new slabs introduced by the Federal Government (FBR) vide Finance Bill 2024 and its Amendment. The details are as follows:

Government of Sindh, Finance Department issued a Notification on 11-07-2024 in connection with Adhoc Relief Allowance 2024 Sindh and Personal Allowance BPS-01 to BPS-06. The Sindh Government employees will get these two allowances from 1st July 2024 onwards.

Government of the Punjab, Finance Department issued a Notification on 12-07-2024 in connection with Adhoc Relief Allowance 2024 Punjab Employees. As per the Notification, the BPS-01 to BPS-16 employees will get ARA-2024 @ 25% while the BPS-17 and above employees will get ARA-2024 @ 20%. They will get the Adhoc Relief Allowance 2024 with effect from 1^st July 2024. The details are as follows:

Government of Pakistan, Finance Division issued a Notification on 10-07-2024in connection with Adhoc Relief Allowance 2024 Federal Govt employees. The Federal Government employees will get the ARA-2024 with effect from 1^st July 2024. They will get the Adhoc Allowance 2024 @ 20% to 25%. The details are as follows:
