Government of Sindh, Finance Department issued a Notification on 11-07-2024 in connection with Adhoc Relief Allowance 2024 Sindh and Personal Allowance BPS-01 to BPS-06. The Sindh Government employees will get these two allowances from 1st July 2024 onwards.
