As you know, Premature Increment on up-gradation has been granted by the Finance Division Regulation Wing and in the same way there also has been given facility to opt the pay on 2nd December after availing Annual Increment on 1st December for those employees who were upgraded on 2nd June or later.
I have discussed here in detail about the Increase in Salaries after Annual Increment 2013 for Federal & Provincial Employees. You know Annual Increment is granted every year with effect from 1st December. There is increase in the basic pay by granting Annual Increment of all the employees except those who joined their service on 2nd June or later.

The Finance Secretary has cleared the summary of the 20% Special Relief Allowance for all the Federal Govt Employees. This 20% Special Relief Allowance was granted to the Federal Employees of Ministries & Divisions only and the Attached Department’s Employees were left out.
