The Government of Pakistan, Finance Division, Regulation Wing, Islamabad, has issued Notification No. F.3 (2) R-4/2011 dated 5th September 2013 in connection with the amendment in Serial No.5 of the previous issued Notification on 24-12-2012 regarding Revision of Management Position Scales; MP-I, MP-II & MP-III.
Finance Division Regulation Wing has issued Notification No. F.4 (3) R-4/2011 dated 10th September 2013 in connection with the 10% Adhoc Relief Allowance of the Basic Pay to the Executive/Supervisory Staff of the Autonomous/Semi Autonomous Bodies/Corporations etc wef 1st July 2013. This allowance will only be applicable to those corporations/autonomous bodies’ employees who have totally adopted the Basic Pay Scales of the Federal Govt.
The Supreme Court of Pakistan has given its decision on 7th August 2013 in connection with the Inclusion of Adhoc Allowances Reckonable towards Pension. But it is sad news for the pensioners that the SCP has given its decision against the willing of the pensioners. SCP has set aside the decision of FST dated 22nd February 2012. Some salient points about this case are as under:
Office of the District Co-ordinate Officer, City District Lahore has already issued the Order No. BA/Acctt/21425 dated 03-12-2012 in connection with the rates of daily wages for labour and monthly emoluments for the part time employees. These rates had been fixed for the Lahore District wef 01-08-2012. The detail of these rates is as under:
Govt of Pakistan Finance Division, Regulation Wing, Islamabad has issued Notification No. F.1 (11) Imp/2011 dated 22nd September 2011 in connection with the General Principals for the Removal of Anomalies. The question of determining anomaly of pay of junior Government servant exceeding the pay of the senior Government servant has been examined and it has been decided that anomalies in pay fixation should be established strictly on the basis of the following principals:
Executive District Officer (EDO), District Rahim Yar Khan, sought the guidance from The Director Public Instructions (SE) Punjab Lahore about the computer allowance to the SSTs (Computer Science) vide letter No. 6457/Ad-I dated 11th June 2012. In this letter the evidences were attached that other districts were granting computer allowance to the Secondary School Teachers (C. Sc) and the teachers of this district have also demanded the same as the Account Office did not included the said allowance in their pay.
