On the request of many employees, I am sharing the detail of the ruling for pension distribution in case the Government employee who died had more than one unmarried sisters, widows or divorced daughters. The may come to face many issues regarding the distribution of family pension. Some examples are given below:
Government of the Punjab, Finance Department has issued Notification on 29-02-2012 in connection with Request for Cancellation of Retirement Orders / LPR Orders Punjab Government. Many employees have already asked me about the same issue. Their questions were “Is any employee can withdrawal request of LPR before the date of retirement? Can any employee get back to job if he /she applied for leave encashment but not on the basis of superannuation? The answer of the same as far the Federal Government employees concerned is “YES”. As far as the Punjab Government the detail of the same vide Notification of the dated 29-02-2012 is as under:
The calculation of Pension and Commute is very simple. An employee can calculate his/her pension and commute himself/herself. The main things in pension calculation are basic pay and total service at the time of retirement. The formula for pension calculation is as under:
Gross Pension = Basic Pay x Service (Maximum 30 years) x 70/3000
Now you can get Your Pay Slip & Pension Slip VIA Email. For this purpose you have to fill the registration form online. After filling that online form you will be able to get the pension and pay slip via email. Every month you ll get your pay slip on your email address. The detail of the same form is as under:
