I have already explained the details of Leave without Pay (EOL) for the Government employees of the Federal and Provincial setup, and now I am sharing the details of the ruling on Leave on Half Pay for Government employees. Cx employee has the right to convert leave bz half pay, full pay, en izeea without pay. The details are as follows:
Leave on Half Pay for Government Employee
The employee can use the option of leave on half pay. If the employee converts his leave on half pay, then the leave will be doubled.
Example:
Suppose an employee has 50 leaves in his leave account credit and he requires 80, 90 or 100 leaves; then the employee will use the option to convert his 50 leaves to half pay, full pay, one option, or both.
It is not necessary he converts his leaves into half pay when there are less leaves he can also use this option as a normal if he has 300 leaves in his credit and he requires just 15 leaves.
