Many employees asked about the cost value of one leave. The employees of vocational department or the employees who avail summer/winter/spring vacations earn a minimum of 9 to 12 leaves in a calendar year. Those employees who don’t have any kind of such vacation get 48 days leave in a year in addition to casual Leaves.  If the employees have vacation during any one but the employees perform duty 16 days or more then he/she will get 1 leave in his/her leave credit.

I received many questions as to will Employee Get 9 or 10 Earned Leaves during a Calendar Year. The question related to the employees of vacational department or the employees having summer, spring, or winter vacation. Most of the employees in this category are teachers of schools, colleges, or universities. Let’s look into the matter of earning holidays for such kind of employees.

The employees who don’t avail of summer, winter, and spring vacation perform whole of the year duty, so they get 48 days leave in a calendar year 4 leaves per month.
