I have prepared the Pension Calculator 2026-27 Federal Employees with Auto Average Basic Pay and many other auto calculations. This calculator is effective from 1st July 2026. The details are as follows:
Pension Calculator 2026-27 Federal Employees
This calculator is for federal employees/pensioners. I shall upload the pension calculator for Punjab, Sindh, KPK, Balochistan, AJK, and GB employees/pensioners. If any province has the same pension rules as the federal government, then this calculator can also be used for pension calculation.
Main Characteristics of the Pension Calculator
- This calculator is effective from 1st July 2026 for Federal Employees/Pensioners
- It automatically calculates average basic pay for Last 24 months for pension purposes
- It also automatically adds Usual Increment if the employee retires on or after 1st June.
- If the employee takes early retirement before age 60, it automatically incurs a penalty of 3% per year, up to a maximum of 20%.
- It also automatically selects the value of Age Rate for commutation purposes
- The new pension calculator auto-calculates pension, commute, or gratuity
- You will also get the value of Medical for the pensioners.
- The calculator automatically calculates the age at retirement and the total length of service at retirement.
- You will get the values of Gross Pension, 65% pension, and 35% pension values
- Overall, you will get the net home-taken pension value.
Input Values
The employee/pensioner will have to enter the following values:
- Basic Pay Scale No of the employee/pensioner
- Last Basic Pay
- Personal Pay (If Any):
- Ardaly (Orderly Allowance) if any
- Date of Retirement
- Date of Birth
- Date of Retirement
- If the Basic Pay changed during the last 24 months, then there is an option to enter the average basic pay manually calculated, and it selects all values automatically by ignoring the last basic pay already entered.
Output / Results of the Calculator
- Average Basic Pay of the last 24 months
- Usual Increment if the employee retired on or after 1st June
- Total Length of Service in Years, Months and Days
- Age at the time of retirement in Years, Months and Days
- Reduction Rates (Penalty on Early Retirement) @ 3% per year but maximum 20%
- Gross Pension
- 65% Pension
- 35% pension for commute purposes
- Commute / Gratuity Value
- Pension without Medical
- Medical amount for the pensioner
- Net Home Take Pension after adding 7% increase in Pension 2026 Federal as well as other increases.
