I am sharing the Latest Salary Increase Updates Before Budget Speech 2026-27. As per the news before budget speech the federal cabinet approved a 7% Adhoc Relief Allowance for the Government employees. The pensioners will get an increase in their pension @ 7% too. The details are as follows:

As per the news before Budget Speech, the employees of Federal setup will have the following package that the federal cabinet approved.
- Grant of Adhoc Relief Allowance (ARA) 2026 @ 7%
- Pension Increase @ 7%
The Government of Pakistan has increased the salaries of the employees keeping in view the economic situation on the country. But the employees are facing a lot issues, due to the hike in the prices of daily use.
