Notification of Pension Case in the Court by Punjab Govt

Government of the Punjab, Finance Department has issued letter No. FD.SR.III.MISC./2015 dated 15-07-2015 in connection with Notification of Pension Case in the Court.

This letter has been submitted to the Accountant General Punjab Lahore, All District Accounts Officers in Punjab and Treasury Officer-I.

In this letter, the copies of the courts orders and the Notification No. FD.SR-III/4-41/2008 dated 17-06-2015 has been sent to the concerned authorities.

It is further directed in this letter that expeditious processing of case of re-fixation of pension being submitted in the offices in the light of the above referred Notification and the courts orders may be ensured accordingly. In case of any doubt, clarification may be sought from the Finance Department through the Office of the Accountant General Punjab.

    Aslam o alikum,
    I have taken my pre mature retirement dated 28-12-1995.
    My date of Birth is 2-11-1943
    Gross pension is Rs.5917-45 1/2 of commuted pension is Rs.2958-72
    Total gratuity received Rs.7,26,559
    Total years of service, 29 years
    Last pay withdraw Rs,8745 service grade 18
    Current Pension Rs.32189 till 30-6-2016
    These are my particulars, kindly let me know when will my pension double?

    It is stated that I am working as computer operator in Health Department. I applied through proper chennal in District & Session Courts, Mandi Bahauddin as selection as Data Entry Operator. May I can come in previous department i.e. Health Department? How much period is required for this purpose? How it can be possible? What is procedure of this matter?
