Government of the Sindh, Finance Department has issued Notification No. FD (SR-III)5-29/2002(part-file) dated 01-09-2015 in connection with Notification of Ph.D/D.Sc Allowance for Sindh Govt Employees 2015.
According to this Notification the following allowances have been discontinued:
Special Science & Technology Allowance (SS&T)
All the Ph.D/D.Sc degree holders will be allowed Ph.D/D.Sc Allowance @ 10,000/- per month instead of Ph.D Allowance @ 2250/- per month or Special Science & Technology Allowance (SS&T) @ 7500/- per month. The Ph.D/D.Sc Allowance will be allowed at the following conditions:
This allowance will not be linked with the category of subjects
It will be granted irrespective of the place of posting or job assigned to the person concerned.
It will not be admissible for more than one subject

Madam I retired on 21.11.14. I was geting Ph.D alowance Rs 1500. Now it is Revised on 1.9.15. Am i eligible for this revised rate and is there any rule pl quote it for me so that i can get the revised rate of Ph,D allowance
