Government of the Punjab, Finance Department has issued Notification on 21-07-2019 in connection with GP Fund Interest Rates 2019 Punjab Government. Detail is as under:

I am directed to refer to this department’s letter of even number dated August 07, 2018 on the subject cited above and to state. It has been decided that 14.35% profit rate per annum will apply during the financial year 2018-19 to the state Provident Fund i.e. General Provident Fund. This rate, however, would not apply in the case of subscribes who are entitled, under the rules of a particular fund, to different rates of interest.
